Product: Topnotch rpg set of books. Highly recommend. PDF Download: Process was seamless and arrived ready for download immediately after purchase via email notification. Customer Service: Owners chatted online answering questions providing helpful information and were friendly. Timing: Arrived a day ahead of schedule (Thumbs up and thank you). Shipping Packaging: Could be a little better with minor adjustmemt. Books arrived via USPS in a box and were packed to keep the books from bouncing up and down (thumbs up). The books did not have any packing support to keep them from shifting side to side (thumbs down). My box arrived with tears, punctures, and crushed corners via USPS. Each book now has a minorly crushed corner...this will not affect performance, but if I had purchased in a store, I would have purchased a copy without cosmetic defects. Customer Recommendation: Take an opportunity to ask for extra packing material for shipping. Highly recommend this product!
