Damaged products: We make the maximum effort to ensure your products arrive undamaged. Damaged products will be replaced (if they are in stock) or refunded at your option. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. We may ask you to ship the damaged product back to Son of Oak Game Studio (at our expense) in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Returns: You may return any unopened product within 60 days to Son of Oak Game Studio at your own cost and receive a full refund including order shipping fees, as long as the product is received by us undamaged. Used products or products with any damage (e.g., scratches, dents, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital downloads: There are no refunds on digital downloads. PDFs and downloads included with physical products are an integral part of the purchase and are therefore not eligible for a refund. If you purchased a Print+PDF combo product, the price of the PDF component will be deducted from any refund you are eligible for.

Refund methods: Refunds can be made by store credit, PayPal, or credit card refund only.
