Ever since she put on the Bogeyman's Gunny Sack, Mairead Conroy, a Child Psychologist, can feel the wickedness of people in the City. She feels it radiating off of people like sick heat, like a twisted Terror Sense. As a young girl, Mairead witnessed the murder of her father by a home intruder while she was hiding in a closet. Mairead has devoted her adult life to helping other children work through their own trauma. Having to carry the moment when “I Watched Him Die” for decades, she has vowed to never be caught unawares again, and now, with her newly found powers she has become the predator, hunting the worst of the worst, trying to rid the City of the wicked, while satisfying The Gunny Sack's never-ending hunger.
