GEEK NATIVE: City of Mist is for people who are afraid of D&D?
Geek Native recently published an article on City of Mist TTRPG, titled "City of Mist is for people who are afraid of D&D", presenting the game as one of the D&D alternatives that offer more narrative freedom and less numbers and calculations.
The roleplaying game City of Mist is perhaps closer to a TV show than an old school roleplaying game. Designed around the aesthetics of graphic novels, City of Mist has characters discovering they have mythological powers.
Geek Native had a chance to catch up with the game’s designer, Amit Moshe, and I asked now that the game has been out for a while, what might make readers interested in it? If your attention was grabbed at launch, or after award success, why look at the game now?
The response? "City of Mist is for people who are afraid of D&D."
